3. User Accounts

When you create an account on CRM Plus, you must:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or misuse the platform.


4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Illegal activity

  • Spamming or abusive behavior

  • Uploading malicious files (viruses, malware, etc.)

  • Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or duplication of the platform

Violation may result in account termination without refund.


5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

  • Prices are not listed publicly; all quotes are provided upon request.

  • Discounts may be applied for bundled services.

  • Payment terms depend on project type and service level.

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  • Refunds are issued only if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software code, logos, trademarks, modules, and materials available through CRM Plus are owned by CRM Plus or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Resell

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Reverse-engineer

any part of the CRM Plus system without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload to your account.


7. Third-Party Integrations

CRM Plus integrates with third-party tools such as:

  • Social media platforms

  • AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.)

  • Cloud storage

  • Analytics tools

CRM Plus is not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes in functionality caused by these third parties.

However, no system is 100% secure.

You agree that CRM Plus is not liable for data breaches caused by:

  • Internet vulnerabilities

  • Third-party integrations

  • User-side negligence


9. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You attempt unauthorized access

  • Payments are overdue

  • You engage in harmful or abusive behavior

Upon termination, your account and data may be deleted based on our data retention policy.


11. Limitation of Liability

CRM Plus is not liable for:

  • Business interruption

  • Third-party damages

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
